What you will demonstrate

Prepare like the role is already yours.

  • Produces reconciled demand, supply, inventory, capacity, purchase, production, and transport views with explicit assumptions and exceptions.
  • Uses data lineage and reconciliation across ERP, MRP, DRP, planning, supplier, warehouse, transport, order, and finance sources with appropriate safeguards.
  • Partners effectively with demand planners, supply planners, inventory analysts, buyers, production schedulers, and warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Balances forecast accuracy and bias, plan adherence, schedule attainment, supplier OTIF, lead-time reliability, capacity utilization, and expedite frequency.
  • Guards against optimizing one aggregate KPI while hiding SKU-location exceptions, mixing units or calendars, treating forecast accuracy as bias, using unverified lead times, double-counting supply, changing planning parameters without approval or back-testing, allocating constrained supply without agreed rules, recommending expedites without total-cost and downstream impact, blaming suppliers before reconciling internal causes, or presenting scenario output as certainty without assumptions, sensitivity, ownership, and result tracking.
