  • Partners effectively with homeowners, tenants, facility operators, store or process owners, and occupants with comfort, air-quality, accessibility, or safety concerns.
  • Balances first-time fix, callback and repeat-fault rate, diagnostic accuracy, mean time to repair, parts accuracy, service-cycle time, and documentation completeness.
