Resume Writing Service: 110$

Based on the info you provided, we custom write your resume and then we customize the template you selected.

Graphic Design + Resume Writing Service: 189$

Based on the info you provided, we custom write your resume and then we customize the template you selected.

 ➫ Cover Letter Writing Service: 50$

You will receive a .doc file (Microsoft Word) containing your personalized cover letter alongside a personalized Cover Letter guidance document.

LinkedIn Profile Writing Service: 110$

Based on the info you provided, we custom write your LinkedIn® profile and provide you a personalized document for LinkedIn® best practices to follow.

 

HOW TO PAY

What are the payment options?

 

Payments are made via PayPal.
You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

We do not process any payments on our website.

 

GIFT CARDS

Can I offer a Gift Card?

 

Yes, if you would like to make a nice surprise, help a friend or a family member you can purchase for him/her a RockStarCV Gift Card.
Gift Cards are valid within a 70 days period, starting with the date you have purchased the service.

 

LOOK AND FEEL

Will there be differences between my resume and the demo you have on your site?

 

Yes, it’s highly unlikely your name, job history, achievements etc. wil be the same length and size as the demo content we used for the template. Some customers will have more pages, other fewer, depending on the content you provide. That’s why a designer will customize your resume to make sure all the elements are in pixel perfect balance and the content is fluid and consistent.

NEW LAYOUT

What if I change my mind and I want another layout?

 

If you want another layout you must make a new purchase with the desired template.

 

REVISIONS

How do the revisions work?

 

Just reply to the email containing the final product with your desired text changes and we will send you the updated versions in 3 business days.

 

DELIVERABLES

What do I receive after my purchase?

 

– For resumes, with or without writing services, you will receive a high quality, print ready PDF file.

– If you purchased a LinkedIn® Profile Writing Service you will receive a .doc file (Microsoft Word) containing your LinkedIn® profile.

– If you purchased a Custom Resume Design Service you will receive a high quality, print ready PDF file based on the template you selected and your personal design guidance.

The Custom Resume Design Service does not include the Resume template.
Be sure to add to basket the desired resume template!
The Custom Resume Design Service is an extra option you can add to your resume template.

– If you purchased Cover Letter Writing Service you will receive a .doc file (Microsoft Word) containing your personalized cover letter alongside a personalized Cover Letter guidance document.

Do I get editable source files?

 

Yes, send us a request and we will provide the source files for your order. By default you will receive a high resolution, ready-to-print PDF file.

Can I choose other colors for texts and backgrounds?

 

Yes, custom colors, backgrounds and other fine tuning changes are included with your purchase.

Advanced editing and customization require a Custom Design Service purchase.

HOW WILL IT FIT

What if my content does not fit the sections in your resume template?

 

This is a common situation we encounter and that’s why all our resumes are created by a designer, not an automated software. The art director will adapt your personal info to the resume template so that you receive a professional, pixel perfect document.

CUSTOM SECTIONS

What if I want to change the section titles on my resume?

 

No problem, just rename and mark in red those sections in the resume form you must complete and we will use the expressions you provided.

TYPOS

Who is responsible for typographical errors (typos)?

 

You are the sole responsible for any typographical errors. So please be sure to double check the texts before you submit your form. Also, it would be a good idea to ask someone to proof-read your text document after you think it’s ready.

But in case something slipped through, you can also use your FREE revisions* to correct them!

*You can use your revisions anytime within a 360 days period starting with the date you received your resume
